I got this recipe from the Happy Herbivore cookbook.
I mix this up in an empty jar and store it in the fridge.
6 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp tamari (or low sodium soy sauce)
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp onion pwdr
1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
1/4 tsp ginger pwdr
1/8 tsp cinnamon
dash or cayenne pepper or chili pwdr
dash of ground cloves
