Non-Dairy Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream

A recipe I kind of made up as I went along by tasting it every so often 😉

Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream Recipe (Vegan)
1 pk silken tofu
8 Tbsp Cocoa Pwdr
1/3 c sugar or agave syrup
1 1/2 c peanut butter
1 1/2 c soy yogurt
1 1/2 c almond milk
1 banana (optional, I think I’ll omit it next time)
1 tsp vanilla (I didn’t use, but think it would add to the flavor)

Blend all ingredients together in a processor or blender. You can pour into an icecream maker, or you can pour it into ice cube tray and blend up the frozen cubes later. The kids and I loved it… Let me know what you think!
